What is your quoting process?

We can send you a quote online and customize your visit based on any add-ons, the size of the home, and the level of cleaning you choose. You can call or text us at (203) 544 3684, or email us at contact@franscleaningservice.com, and we will assist you with pricing information and schedule your cleaning date.

Do you use your own cleaning products and equipment?

We can provide cleaning products for a fee or we can use your own products. Many clients have specific preferences of brands, types, or other special needs like allergies. Because of that, cleaning material selection is something we usually arrange with our clients based on their needs and preference.

Are you insured?

Yes. Our cleaning company is insured, and every team member goes through a background check before they start with us. We want you to know that our company is safe and reliable for your own peace of mind.

Will I get the same cleaners on every visit?

As much as possible, we plan our teams routes and service areas so that you get the same people every visit of your recurring cleaning service. In case there are any changes, we always notify our clients beforehand to prepare them.

Can I cancel a scheduled cleaning?

Because we rely on our clients so much to keep up demand and cleaning workforce, we request that any cancellations be informed up to one week before the scheduled date. We understand emergencies may come up and we will do our best to accommodate any last-minute changes due to exceptional situations. Please contact us promptly so we can work on a solution together.

 

How is payment made?

Payment is due on the day of service without exceptions and can be made by cash, check or bank transfer. We can plan on a different payment arrangement based on your need as long as it is discussed and arranged before the day of the cleaning service.

Is there a contract for me to sign?

No. We only request a seven-day notice before your scheduled cleaning date if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

How do I know what is included in my cleaning service?

We provide you a list of what is included during your quoting process, so you know exactly what you are paying for before you schedule our cleaning.

Do you offer special cleaning in preparation for the holiday season?

Yes, we do offer seasonal cleaning. Since it is a time when many clients request a specific cleaning date and time, we ask that you put in your request as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate everyone’s requests for cleaning dates in preparation for the holidays.

Do you provide references?

Yes, we can provide our clients past references based on request.
